Taylor NOS BT2
Acoustic

Compact mahogany warmth with Baby Taylor portability and exceptional NOS value

The Taylor NOS BT2 delivers the compact comfort and travel-friendly design that made the Baby Taylor a favorite, with the added warmth and earthy character of a mahogany top. Smaller in size but full of musical personality, this model offers an inviting playing experience for younger players, travelers, songwriters, and anyone looking for a portable Taylor that still feels inspiring and useful. As a Taylor NOS model, it is an excellent opportunity to own a trusted Taylor Acoustic at a lower price while still enjoying dependable craftsmanship and long-term value.

The mahogany top gives this model a slightly darker, rounder voice than its spruce-top counterpart, making it a rewarding option for relaxed strumming, songwriting, and creative alternate setups. Its compact mini-dreadnought proportions keep it easy to carry and comfortable to hold, while the included gig bag makes it simple to take wherever inspiration strikes.

Warm Baby Taylor tone with a distinctive character

The mahogany top gives the BT2 an earthy, mellow response that adds a slightly darker tonal flavor to the lively Baby Taylor platform. Combined with its compact body, the result is a musical and approachable acoustic voice that works well for casual playing, travel use, and creative recording ideas.

Comfortable design for players on the move

The smaller Baby Taylor body makes this guitar especially easy to handle for students, travelers, and players who want a more compact instrument without losing authentic acoustic character. Its inviting feel and portable size have helped make this design useful for everything from standard playing to alternate tunings and other creative applications.

Practical portability with everyday value

X-Bracing, die-cast chrome tuners, an ebony fretboard, and the included gig bag give this model the practical features players need for regular use and easy transport. As a Taylor NOS instrument, the BT2 also represents strong overall value for anyone looking for a portable Taylor with warm tone, dependable playability, and proven versatility.

Why choose the Taylor NOS BT2

This model is an excellent choice for players who want a compact Taylor Acoustic Electric with earthy mahogany character, easy portability, and a comfortable everyday feel. Its smaller size, distinctive tonal personality, and NOS pricing make it a smart option for travel, lessons, songwriting, and relaxed acoustic playing.
