Protegge il motore dall'ingresso di polvere e acqua durante la guida in fuoristrada. Lo snorkel garantirà una presa d'aria al motore durante il guado di acque profonde o la guida in zone polverose. Nota bene: l'apertura del boccaglio deve essere rivolto all'indietro in caso di neve and deve essere mai superata la massima profondità guadabile di 80 cm.
