The Cerwin-Vega CAK02 amplifier installation kit features a 1/0 gauge Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) power wire, engineered to deliver maximum current flow with minimal resistance. This heavy-duty power cable ensures your amplifier receives the stable power it needs to produce deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs, making it ideal for high-powered audio systems and competition-level installations.
The kit includes a 17-foot matte red 1/0 gauge power wire with ring termination, allowing easy routing from the battery to the amplifier. A 3-foot matte black 1/0 gauge ground wire with ring termination is also included to provide a solid ground connection, which is critical for maintaining clean signal performance and preventing electrical noise.
For signal connectivity, the kit includes a 17-foot Cerwin-Vega VEGA Series 2-channel RCA interconnect cable, designed to deliver clean signal transmission between the head unit and amplifier. The dual twisted pair construction helps reduce interference and ensures high-quality audio reproduction.
Also included is 20 feet of 16-gauge speaker wire, giving installers the flexibility to connect speakers efficiently throughout the vehicle. A 17-foot 18-gauge remote turn-on wire allows the amplifier to power on automatically with the head unit.
