Accessible, Versatile Fisheye Zoom

Offering dynamic distortion, a bright maximum aperture, and a wide angle of view, the Laowa 8-15mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens from Venus Optics is a full-frame zoom lens designed for bold perspectives and artistic expression. The constant f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range and close minimum focusing distance of 6.3" make the lens an ideal tool for injecting some verve into landscapes, action sports, portraits, and more.

Dual Fisheye Effect

Unique to the Laowa 8-15mm zoom, the lens offers a dual fisheye effect, with a dramatic circular fisheye at 8mm and a full-frame rectangular fisheye at 15mm.

Additional Details

  • Broad, 180° angle of view delivers edge-to-edge clarity without sacrificing image quality, ideal for 360° panoramas and astrophotography
  • Compact and lightweight for a fisheye lens with a constant f/2.8 aperture, benefitting on-the-go content creation for vloggers and drone-based creators
  • The minimum close focusing distance of 6.3" and large maximum aperture offer unique possibilities in close-up photography with pronounced subject separation and bokeh effects
