FloatRun Harness

Meet your personal running-technique coach—built right into your gear. The P.R. Gear FloatRun Harness is the fastest, easiest way to make efficient running form automatic and permanent. By guiding your arms into the optimal “elbows back” position, the harness helps you run taller, lighter, softer, and more efficiently from the very first use.

This simple training tool prevents over-striding, boosts cadence, and encourages proud posture for smoother, lower-impact movement. Runners often see pace improvements of up to 30 seconds per mile while also reducing injury risk and making every run feel more fun. Wear the FloatRun Harness during your daily miles for at least 6 weeks and watch elite-style form become muscle memory.

Why You’ll Love It

• Instant form improvements: Encourages elbows-back posture to reduce over-striding and increase cadence.
• Run faster with less effort: Many runners see pace drops without changing fitness.
• Lower-impact technique: Promotes midline landing under a bent knee for softer, more efficient strides.
• Makes running more enjoyable: Smoother mechanics = less strain and more flow.
• Easy to use: Slip on like a jacket and place your thumbs in the loops to guide proper arm mechanics.
• Technique that sticks: Consistent use builds permanent, efficient habits—like being “runner reborn.”
• Smart sizing: Based on unisex tee sizes; twisting into Figure-8 configuration modifies the fit.
